The President, surrounded by a bipartisan swarm of Congresscritters, signed the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act into law today.

Shortly thereafter, the Office of Management and Budget had a meeting with several prominent bloggers involved in the PorkBusters effort to solicit feedback and recommendations about implementation. One of them was Glenn Reynolds.

And they said it couldn't be done! Credit is due to the many on both sides of the aisle and all corners of the blogosphere who pushed this effort.
